Can I get other people to sign a PDF, like DocuSign?
Yes. In Sign & fill, add your signers, place their signature, initials and date fields, and send the PDF by email or any messaging app. Each signer opens it here and is guided to every field. The finished file includes a certificate of completion with an audit trail and a tamper-evident digital seal.
Can I edit the text that is already in a PDF?
Yes. Choose Add text, switch to Edit text, then click the line you want to change. Your new words replace the old ones in a matching font and size.
Can it make a scanned PDF searchable?
Yes. Open the Document tab and choose Recognize text (OCR). The scan gets an invisible text layer, so you can search, select, copy and highlight its words.
Can I create a fillable PDF form?
Yes. Pick Form fields from the tool rail and click to add text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns and signature fields. They work in Acrobat, Preview, Chrome and Edge.
Can I sign with a digital certificate?
Yes. In the Document tab, turn on Digital signature and use your own .p12 or .pfx certificate, or create one in a few seconds. Acrobat shows who signed and whether the file changed afterwards.
Will my highlights and comments show up in Adobe Acrobat?
Yes. Highlights, underlines, strikethroughs, sticky notes and replies are saved as standard PDF comments, so Acrobat, Preview, Edge and Chrome all show them.
